Discovery Mekong Delta 3 Days 2 Nights From Ho Chi Minh City

DAY 1: SAI GON – MY THO - BEN TRE – CHAU DOC (L/D)
06:15 - 06:30 The AC car and Tour Guide pick up the Tourist at the gathering venue, depart to Mekong Delta.
8:30 – 9:00 Leave Ho Chi Minh city. It takes one hour and thirty minutes driving to get to My Tho town. One the way, travelers will have chance to see these beautiful landscapes along the road such as the green rice fields, the peaceful Vam Co Dong River and the busy Long An town. En route, Our bus will stop at Trung Luong rest stop where you can take a rest and have breakfast
9:30 Then transfer to the pier to board a motorized boat. Enjoy a leisurely ride along the Tien River.
After crossing the Rach Mieu Bridge, we disembark at Thoi Son Islet. Take a leisurely walk along the village paths, visit orchard gardens at local homes, and enjoy seasonal fruits while listening to traditional Southern Folk Music
Then visit Honey Bee Farm and taste delicious honey tea with lemon that is really good for health. Local people also have python farm for those tourists, who like adventure can take a photo with pythons
Then you go to the pier to take a rowing boat on the most beautiful canal on Thoi Son island for duration of 15 minutes under the beautiful nipa palm and experience the traditional rural lifestyle of the people of Mekong Delta.

12:00 Have lunch with local food, relax….
14:30 The boat takes you back to My Tho Pier. Depart to Chau Doc city
18:30 – 19:00 Arrival in Chau Doc, you check in hotel. Have dinner, free time to visit Chau Doc city at night

DAY 2: CHAU DOC - TRA SU MELALEUCA – CAN THO (B/L/D)
7:00 – 12:00 Have breakfast in hotel. Check out room
Visit Ba Chua Xu Pagoda, Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb, Tay An Co Tu Pagoda... Go to Nha Bang district, then go to Tra Su Melaleuca Forest.
Afer about 1km of the walk from the parking place to the starting point, a small pier
A motoboat will take you deper into the forest, and then rowboat ladies will ferry visitor through the flooded Cajuput forest for about 15 minutes
Go trekking for 15 minutes to get to the bird- watching tower to see the whole view of the vast forest and birds perched on the branches. We will enjoy an authentic Vietnamese
12:00 – 13:30 Have lunch in Tra Su enjoy the special dishes here.
13:30 – 21:00 The car takes you to depart to Can Tho to the busiest land of Tay Do in the West of the Mekong Delta. Arrive in Can Tho, you check in hotel.
Have dinner on Can Tho Yacht Restaurant, listen to smooth folk tunes on the poetic Hau River… Free time to Tay Do at night.

DAY 3: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – SON ISLET – PURPLE HOUSE (B/L)
5:00 Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then proceed to “Cai Rang Floating Market”, which is the liveliest in the whole religion.
We’ll also take some time to explore a bustling local market, where colorful stalls are brimming with fresh fruits such as: mango, pineapple, mangosteen, durian, longan, jackfruit…
7:00 After return to the hotel, have breakfast and check out room
9:00 You arrive at the Co Bac Ferry Terminal, which will take you down the Hau River
- Explore A Unique Floating Fish Farm. Here you can see many rare and typical fissh species on the Mekong River. You can drop your feet into the water to massage the Koi fish and take photos with them
- Go to the Tropical Fruit Garden and enjoy some seasonal fruit right in the garden
- Satified with the performance of “ Flying Snakehead”
- Try crossing “ The Monkey Bridge” with a lot of “ fear” and fun
12:00 – 14:00 Have lunch with local specialties…
14:30 After back to HCMC. On the way back, you visit Purple House Coffee & Film Studio. Back to HCMC around 17:30
